Ross Macfarlane (27) from Croy was officially charged with sexual assault this morning after being caught by a friend touching the family dog Ted (2) also from Croy.
When the judge asked why he did such acts following a guilty plea Macfarlane stated “I love Ted. More than just a pet. No one understands us but once I am out we are going to live together as a couple”.
Friend Paul Mannering stated “Him and Ted were always creepily close. It isn’t a surprise to me that he tried to bang him”
Macfarlane will be sentenced later this week.
