Ex sailor road rage

An ex navy man has been reported to the authorities for dangerous driving and road rage whilst travelling on his mobility scooter in Fareham town centre. Colin Davey of Fareham has been accused of intimidating local pedestrians and drivers buy shouting out loud ‘when I was in the Navy’ and making them swerve out of the way due to his erratic and dangerous driving. Hopefully when the authorities catch up with this dangerous man they can stop his strange behaviour and let the shoppers of Fareham shop in peace.
