Former BCPS superintendent arrested for money laundering

On Monday, May 8th, Baltimore County police raided Dance’s house on 4 separate accounts of money laundering. Dance was found in his office, where he did not resist and was officially arrested at 7:03AM. Formerly resigned as a superintendent of the BCPS educational system, the public questioned the reason for his leave. One of his assistants, Carroll Stawy, is claimed to be the source for the initial investigation that began two weeks prior.
