Early Tuesday morning someone called 911 reporting hearing 12-16 gunshots in the 3000 block of Decatur Street wen officers arrived they found 28 year old James Tillery with multiple gunshot wounds to upper body he was rushed to MCV Medical Center with life-threating injuries
