A female gangster from London is under house arrest because she is too dangerous to be put behind bars.
Nargis Sultana has been accused of Intimidation, GBH , Racketeering, Human trafficking and intention to supply etc.
Miss Sultana originally from Bangladesh but raised in China has links to the Triads and the Mafias. Police have evacuated people within a one mile radius asking the local council to rehouse the tenants because of the unpredicable danger that Miss Sultana is capable of.
