Ghanaian woman to become next CEO of Marks and Spencer

After a terrible time at the helm of affairs at M&S, the current CEO has decided to step down amid claims of theft and lateness to work. It has been unanimously decided that a replacement from within the business is the way forward. “…after an exhaustive search through employees, Barbara Opoku was deemed to be the right fit- just the person to move us into the stratosphere that has inexplicably eluded us in recent years…” M&S spokesperson Michael Bailey said today.
