Gilmer student gets arrested for parking in a teachers parking spot

Catarina Tamez from gilmer High school was arrested for parking in a “teacher parking spot” Friday morning. The principals noticed this when she went out to get something from her car and saw that a student was parked there.they later called her into the office and she comfirmed she parked there. Catarina said ” it was closer to the building ” but little did she know it would cost a lot of trouble. She is set to be in upsher county jail for 8 months until further notice.
