Grizzly bear sighted in Cherokee National Park

Grizzlies are known to be in north western states and Alaska but a recent photo of one spotted in the Cherokee National park has caused an uproar. Park officials have no idea how the 600 pound bear got her but some speculate he was released by a sanctuary. Wild life management officials are attempting to capture the illusive animal. Officials warn hikers and campers to make noise while out in the woods to alert the bear of your presence since we have no idea of the bears temperament.
