Has anyone seen this spring hope woman???

This woman was seen driving her black Lincoln with a toddler hanging out the window & was reported for stealing from foodlion in spring hope. We have her caught on camera. If anyone sees her call the police immediately!! Do not approach her. She may seem like she had mental issues
