Homes south of Houston built over old cemetery! Poltergeist??

Recent digging in many areas in newer subdivisions in Fresno & Sugar Land have undug many old grave sites & bodies! People putting in tools, and homebuilders have started finding them! Many old coffins have been dug up in Cambridge Falls, as well as other nearby neighborhoods! Could this be another Poltergeist movie come true?
