Is Rapper Self Explan the new Lil Wayne?

Recently i was introduced by someone close to me to a rapper by the name of Self Explan. He really seems like a down to earth guy but then he told me one thing that made me go “Huh??”. Self told me he’s working to be the next Lil Wayne of the rap game but even better. I thought at first “This guy is trying to copy Weezy?!”, but actually i was wrong. His music sounds nothing alike and he has many different styles he can dish out. So with that being said, is Self Explan the new Lil Wayne?
