Jacksonville Woman Win $24M on 3 Scratchers

A Jacksonville woman identified, by the North Carolina Education Lottery as Stacy T. Caudill has won $24M on three scratch off rickets. Mrs. Caudill won the top prizes of $10M on both the Ultimate Millions, Extreme Millions scratchers. She also won the top prize of $4M on the $200 Million Blowout.

When we caught up with Mrs. Caudill she was reluctant to speak with us because she hadn’t even told her husband yet. Mrs. Caudill said she would speak to us on one condition, the condition we included this statement. “I know I am going to have friends and family I didn’t even know I had coming out of the woodwork. If I didn’t know when I was poor, I don’t know you now. If you acted like we weren’t friends, family or didn’t want anything to do with me then. We are not friends or family and I don’t want anything to do with you now.” After that statement Mrs. Caudill said, “I can’t believe I won! She stated she had bought one of the winning tickets a few weeks ago but thought it was a loser. It wasn’t until she scratched the second winning ticket, that the cashier at the Scotchman located at 2111 Burgaw Hwy, in Jacksonville told her she had a winner that she went on the hunt for the other ticket. She said, “I honestly thought I had thrown 10 million dollars away!” Life is GOOD!
