Binghamton police were rushed to the adult bookstore on upper court street after a 29 year old man allegedly stole 35 ten oz bottles of a water based sexual lubrication. Shane D Sweet of Johnson city ny entered the store around 9:15 pm on Saturday night with a large overcoat , this drew attention to the clerk on duty who requested to remain unnamed . Sweet then aggressively began filling his pockets with the already discounted product. The clerk approached Sweet who became extremely confrontational he started swinging in the direction of the store employee screaming ” you wanna tee off baby , I’ll tee off ” . The police were quick to respond and take Sweet into custody without incident , he was arrested and taken to broome county jail and awaits arraignment on Monday morning.
