On 82nd block of international Blvd. Lafayette Abrams of Oakland was spotted in a Blue Pick Up truck with 3 others. Police spotted Abrams and the 3 others who names cannot be stated due to juvenile delinquency , Near the victims homes loud , Disturbing peace , Hanging out of windows , etc. There’s no reasonable explanation for Abrams shooting, Kevin White of Oakland Travon Anderson of Emerville , jordan Melrose of Union City whose Twin brother who seems to be injured as well but hasn’t made any statement due to “privacy” All victims are in stable condition. Abrams Currently Has a warrant out for his arrest due to Fleeding The Scene.
