Police in Lakewood, OH. have now captured the identity of the man they believe to be responsible for the death of 4 year old Amelia Rice early last week.
Andrew C. Baumgartner [pictured above] has been named as Lakewood Police Department’s primary suspect in this case. Allegedly, Baumgartner was caught on CCTV recording when the incident occurred on Clifton Blvd. around 9:30 PM, Tuesday, May 2. In the video posted below, Baumgartner’s vehicle (a late model Ford Escape) can be seen striking the 4 year old as she enters the street looking for a lost toy.
The man shows no hesitation in this, not even applying the brakes once.
