Deputies say after a year long investigation they arrested 2 people, 1 of whom were on Lee County’s Most Wanted List. Combined the suspects have over 200 previous complaints.
In addition to the arrests, deputies confiscated half a kilo of plastic wrap $30,000 in cash, Blankets, furniture and tape.
Deputies say the man dressed up to fit into wrapped furniture to hide from authorities. After the investigation was concluded, they’ve been stealing furniture and wrapping them with blankets and plastic wrap. Investigations were reviewed in hotel rooms, local homes and local businesses. All a very weird but untrue story.
