Arturo Miramontes has been the story of the week talking about how Amazon and entrepreneurship has changed his life.
“It all started with an open mind, the most expensive thing you can have is a close mind”
He talks about how people can be close minded and lose opportunities in a heart beat.
“I remember staying home studying entrepreneurship and reading books about the great minds of business like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, while people were partying and getting drunk for no good reason.”
Sacrificing a few years of partying has paid off and now has gotten the attention.
“My goal was for me to wake up when ever I want and do things on my own tearms not others”
Then he talks about how School failed him
“I liked school but I never wanted to work for someone else forever, I wanted to be my own boss (laughs) I want to wake up and be like, I feel like going for a run today not saying Thank god it’s Friday every week, that’s the worst way to live.”
“How can someone be happy 100% at their jobs, no one is you have to be really really happy like really enjoy your day to day work everyday non stop. I love what I do I wake up check my sales for Amazon and give back to the homeless and most important my health, I eat the foods I want to be healthy and pay good money for personal trainers”
He says that living healthy is the goal but always give back.
