Local couple arrested in connection to fraud

Newlyweds Candace and Chuck Carter were taken into custody Saturday, following a court order issued after the couple were suspected of fraud. When questioned, Chuck Carter had only this to say: “Maaaaan. Prove I done did that shit. Cuuuuuuuuuuz……I don’t remember!”
