Locals Jeff and Renée DIllon have won the Powerball lottery the couple purchased a ticket at the local jim dandy store here in Havelock the winnings of an estimated $45 million they have decided to take a lump sum payment which will leave them $32 million they haven’t decided what to do with the rest of the money yet but say they plan to pay off all of their bills buy some land build a new home on about 25 acres of land
