Police identified a local man as Michael Rodriguez as a hero when he shot and killed 4 armed masked men attempting to rob a local Walmart earlier today. Mr Rodriguez stated that he feared these men were going to shoot and kill the store manager when he told the men he could not open the safe. One masked man was heard repeatedly saying I will shoot you if you don’t open the safe. That’s when Mr Rodriguez drew his weapon and open fire striking each masked man. Two of the men died at the scene the othe two died in route to the hospital. Police are reviewing all the evidence and say charges against Mr Rodriguez are not likely.
