Local Gilbert, Arizona teen is finally identified as the massive dog-napper. authorities say the teen, Laura Cooper, 16, has finally been caught, supposedly dog-napping since December 2016. She had been practicing since July ‘jokingly’ stealing her friends dog. Pls stop reading now this is a prank
