Local Victoria man arrested for allegedly putting pubic hair in snow cones

Sources say that a local snow cone vender, was adding pubic hair in snow cones. After numerous complaints of strange hairs in snow cones the manager Micheal Hawk caught Antonio Juarez of Victoria , Tx adding pubic hair in several snow cones. HE is currently on death row for his filthy actions
