Stephanie Delahanty of Livingston Tx was the lucky winner of 18.5 Million dollars. She bought a scratch off just to see if she could win anything. Well she was one lucky lady. We ask what she would do with the money. She said she would have a home build for her and husband along with her grand-daughter on a bunch of land. She also said she would donate a generous amount to St. Luke’s children’s hospital.
