Today, 22 year old Justin “Andy” Clifton was caught masturbating in the Audobon Zoo, in downtown New Orleans. As families and passers-by realized what they were witnessing, they alerted authorities. He was observing an orangatang habitat when he committed the heinous act.
Clifton was arrested and charged with public indecency. More charges are pending.
