Man arrested for sniffing bicycle seats

Carmarthen man Edwin Sebastian is Currantly on remand in Swansea prison for sniffing bike seats in town.
Dyfed Powys police have been tracing the offender for a few weeks, Sebastian’s favourite choice seem to be for bicycle’s owned by pensioner’s.
He’s Currantly trying to have his remand address chanced to a local OAP nursing home.
