Police attended an incident in Farnborough, Hampshire today where it was reported that a man in his 40’s (Darren Stock) had been beaten to death with a mobile phone after repeatedly asking the offender (Tony Francis) about a nearing holiday date.
The offender was reported to have ‘lost the plot’ screaming ‘STILL FUCKING 7 DAYS LEFT’ at the deceiced whilst slamming what appeared to be a mobile device violently into his face.
After police initially detained the offender, he was released without charge.
A statement was later released by Aldershot Police station saying ” After careful consideration it was decided that the offender was well within his human rights to have carried out this attack”
