A Plymouth man has abeen caught giving himself what the locals call a “pokey bum wank” in the nearly refurbished sundile toilets, when the man was approached he said he slipped and fell on to his own finger whilst holding his penis in his right hand. There were 3 people who witnessed it 2 of which were children! The man was arrested and taken into custody.
