Man Facing Charges of Illegal Fishing

Recently, in Galveston, Texas, fisherman Derrick Hayes has been charged with illegal fishing, and harvesting of gamefish.
The well known skateboarder, and rapper of Houston, Texas, had caught the eyes of Texas game wardens.
“We got a call about a guy who was catching lots of fish. We checked his Facebook page, and sure enough.”, said game warden Fife. “We know there’s no way anybody is catching that many fidh, that frequently. ”
What began as a tip from a nervous sounding woman, later identified as Hayes’s wife, Roberta, turned into a year long investigation.
Texas wildlife officials recruited camera teams from the television series, Cheaters, for surveillance. Luckily, several cameramen were already experienced divers.
What was discovered is Me Hayes, had his accomplice, Opie Cunningham, purchase poached game fish the day before. Unbeknownst to any friends or relatives fishing with Mr Hayes that day, Mr Cunningham would then enter the waters nearby. Hayes used specially marked lures and bobbers, which Mr Cunningham would then attach the illegal fish to the lines. To give them a “lifelike” action, ge would stun the fish with a taser.
Charges are pending against the two men, Mrs Hayes will be opening a new restaurant , and the state of Texas is seeking reimbursement for ziploc bags used in the filming.
When asked for a comment Mr Hayes replied, “daaaaaaaaaannnnnnng! ”
