A 40 yr old Man from Oldham has been rescued and is recovering in hospital.
Shahin Miah was found at 8am early Sunday morning when a couple noticed a asain man shouting for help. The couple said Mr Miah had his head stuck between railings and had his pants down all the way to his ankle.
Emergency services arrived and rescued him. Mr Miah claims he was walking by and dropped some money he decided to pick and his head accidently fell in between the railings gap trapping his head. I could hear some people behind me and I shouted for help said Mr Miah.
Police are investigating allegations of sexual molestation and rape on Mr Miah The case continues
