In a Earth friendly move local Mayor turns Village of Manteno waste into fertilizer for local residents gardens and lawns ! Mayor Nugent says any resident who wants this fertilizer the Village will deliver it or it can be picked up at the Village Sewer Plant! This is our effort to help the environment! One local resident of Manteno stated good humorously that the Village Government has been shoveling crap for a long time !
