MARC and other railroads have been testing the new “Eco Friendly” Charger.
This new tier 4 locomotive is more efficent than other modern diesel locomotives that are on the rails today. The MARC chargers are Testing right now and should be done in June, then will go into service soon after, but they gotten ahead of them selfs and the chargers foe MARC should be done testing at the end of May and go into service in Mid-June.
