1 teen out of Three dead after home invasion May 2, 2017
The 30-year-old son of the homeowner fired the fatal shots from a rifle, officials said. One suspect had a Ak-47, and another carried A Fn 40 Cal.
“Preliminary investigation looks like it’s self-defense,” said Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputy james stool, cautioning the investigation was continuing into the midday home invasion.
The shooter voluntarily spoke with investigators. Neither he nor his father was hurt.
A 21-year-old man,(MARIO) who stool said may have been a getaway driver, set fire to car after the shooting.
