Missing woman from Texas found in Annapolis, MD.

August 2, 2014 A woman is reported missing from her home in Huston, TX by her husband who said she never returned home from the grocery store. Weeks later her car was found abandoned on the side of the highway. Texas state police searched the surrounding areas, where her car was found. Now 3 years later the woman has turned up in an abandoned warehouse in Annapolis, MD. Police say they received an anonymous phone call stating they heard screams coming from the building as they walked past. “I couldn’t believe something like this would happen so close to my home.” Heather Smith says who was asked to make a statement on the event.
The woman was found by Maryland state police on May 7, 2017. She was found deceased inside of the warehouse chained up to the wall. “We believe the abductor heard the police sirens coming in the distance and murdered her before we arrived.” Stated by lead investigator Mark Radcliffe from the Maryland State Police.
Authorities say the woman was identified as 26 year old Carol Trent. Once investigators confirmed she was the missing woman from Texas, State Police from both states have joined forces in the investigation. Henry Swan is the lead suspect in the investigation, who was not found at the scene of the crime is believed to be on the run in the surrounding areas. The public is advised not to approach this man and to call authorities if you see him. He’s described as 46 years old, 6 feet tall, 210lbs, shaved head with a tattoo of an arrow long the top of his head. Swan is believed to be armed and dangerous.
