Murder Suspect at large

Local authorities are on the hunt for Zachary R. Carter, a 21 year old Caucasian male who is the main suspect in the killing of Lacy Larsen, a 3 year old African American female. The suspect is approximately 6’4″, 235 pounds, last seen fleeing the scene of the crime off of Papermill Rd. Lacy’s parents, Matthew and Morgan Larsen, issued a statement earlier today. “There are no words that can describe our feelings right now.
