Developer and principal owner Casey Preston of T&C Development LLC have acquired and plans to redevelop parcels in Parramore. The group has been granted a $2.5 million grant to proceed with the project scheduled to break ground this fall.
We reached out to Mr Preston for comment but he has declined our request for a interview. He PR Rep has confirmed the plans, and states ” Mr Preston and his partners are fully invested and excited about their plans to not only restore the once thriving and historic Parramore district, but to bring jobs, wealth and opportunity to its residents that has thus far alluded them as the billions have been spent in the area yet they only have pennies to show for it”
