NH man charged with Murder

Joseph a Vavra was arrested on 15 outstanding felony warrents. He was laundering at 69 prospect St. North Andover ma he had a pocket full of money for his fiance but, stopped at the local bar aka the rally cap. He provided the bartender with 10,000 cash to give to his fiance. he never made it home.
