No fasting this year

The Caliph of ISIS has given a fatwa declaring “that there is no need to fast this Ramadan” .
The head honcho of the self declared caliphate also stated his reasonings as that while Islamic State being under attack our bellies must be full to carry out our attacks.
He also encouraged Muslims to donate food parcels to Raqqa.
