Norman Reedus Quits AMC

Norman Reedus, Darryl Dixon, from the cable channel AMC’s the Walking Dead will not be returning for the 8th season. Robert Epstein, Reedus’s agent, commented contract agreements were not fulfilled including a signing bonus for season 5 and season 6. Andrew Lincoln, Rick Grimes, signed after a long term negotiation with AMC. Scott Gimple confirmed Reedus won’t be in the next season coming October 2017 after the mid season finale but would be in the first half.
“We still believe we can come to a agreement before we start filming the second half later next month.” Scott told KNLP during a press conference earlier today.
