North Memphis Shooting

On the Date of April 20, 2016 police where called due to gun fire in the local North Memphis area. Police say 27 yr old victim Martavious Stevens was shot by 18 yr old Jordon T. Briggs. Jordon is presently known as “Oso Jordon” and has a very violent record. Powers was shot 3 times due to an Attempted robbery after a Dice game. Briggs allegedly beat everyone out of there money , leaving Powers with a life changing idea.
