An optometrist employed at Specsavers in Coventry has told of a culture of excessive bonuses for staff who are encouraged to over-prescribe glasses.
The whistleblower – who has worked for the self-titled “UK’s must trusted Optician” for almost two years – exposes some truly shocking details, with tales of mis-selling products as a result of high sales targets.
