Party Out Of Control

Late Friday night Mount Carmel police arrested Stephen Chamberlain for acting out of complete rage. According to police Chamberlain was running down North Oak Street completely but naked and was screaming I’m finally free. Police finally aprehended chamberlain after a chase that lasted for about 2 hours he was found releaving himself in the gas tank of someone’s vehicle. Chamberlain is now being checked into a local hospital for further evaluation until further notice.
