Peeping tom arrested

Ger Lee ( 24 years old ) born in Sacramento was arrested this morning for allegedly assaulting a minor. While the girl (15 year old) was walking from home, witness saw Ger kidnapping the girl into the car. Many seen and call the cops right of way. Lee was on a high speed chase and but his car broke down. He then started running but couldn’t run as fast as a elephant and collapsed and officer later arrest Lee who offer his ass to the cop and book in Sacramento county jail
