Police recieved a tip from a resident on Church Rd Bowie Md that there was suspicious activity at her next door neighbors house. Police respond to the call and there it was suspect Paul Renwick masterbating in the home he has broken into. Police try to apprehend suspect as he runs around the house naked yelling obnoxiously “there is nothing wrong with self pleasure” he slips out the back door and police are asking if you see this man run he is naked and preying on people houses to use there computers!!!
