Rio Rico man charged with prostitution and kidnapping

Rio Rico man Oscar Mayorga charged with prostitution of a 52 year old woman. Officials say that he kept the victim on a cage for almost five years. The victim declared that she was able to escape because of a open way out. Oscar Mayorga was then apprehended by Piam County Sheriff.
