SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (AP)
One year ago, African Americans comprised 1.5 percent of the population in the state of Utah.
But this is now.
“I don’t know how, I don’t know how”, explained former State Senator Kevin Rice (R). “Four million blacks in Salt Lake City alone have moved here since June 2016. I cannot imagine why. We don’t have any fried chicken restaurants, no cotton fields, and definitely none of them praise-dancin’ glory be churches out here. This is Mormon country!”
Senator Rice resigned Saturday after having a chicken and ribs dinner at the new Salt Lake Fried Chicken, located downtown inside the Hyatt Hotel.
