Saying the “N” word at work is not harrassment

The US Supreme Court has decided that saying the “N” word in a work environment is does not constitute harassment or discrimination. Supreme Court Justice Marcus Dixon wrote the majority opinion with states, “In these days and times when a word that some negros used to consider to be a faux pas is now heard on the radio and in movies, it does not make sense to penalize non-negro people who decide to use this word. We have other things to worry about including the health care disaster our last president left us with.” When Justice Dixon was asked if he would call Former President Obama the “N” word, he said, “Why not? I’m sure he says it when he is with his homies.”
The highest court did however uphold the ban on saying the “R” word.
