Bob has to spend 50% of he money in Europe as prize winners are not allowed to take more than 50% out of Spain.
Bob took his great friend James to Spain, whereby 50% of the money went into a foundation there to build a hospital for under insured. They relocated to Monaco with a villa on the beach.
