Steak is the new salad!

According to recent studies taken by The Institute of Food Technology, we are now advised to now lean towards the red meat option. Scientists suggest we replace everything we once considered tasty, healthy or nutritious, with steak or bacon. Even though it has been drilled into us over time, that we must be eating lots nutritious fruit and vegetables in order to sustain a healthy diet. Steak is better ladz. Steak at brekky, steak at lunch and steak for dinner. Need a break? Have a steak.
