Stockton on Tees burglary capital of Europe

A small town in North East England called Stockton on Tees is the burglary capital of Europe. You are more likely to get burgled in this town due to the high number of criminal deciding to live there. A study by Newcastle University shows that Stockton has the more people on benefit than whole of Devon and Cornwall put together. One in 3 adults is a drug user. Cleveland Police claims the results are surprising but the burglary increase is due criminal from other area deciding to settle into Stockton.
