The man accused of stalking vulnerable young women in the Strabane area for months appeared in court on Tuesday.
Allister Moore, 27, from Ardstraw grinned as he sat at the defense table for his appearance as he still awaits sentencing on a number of felony and misdemeanor charges related to his arrest back in 2016.
There are eight counts in all, with the most serious being indecent exposure.
He has been awaiting trial ever since his arrest as there are questions regarding whether or not he is fit to stand trial.
A court psychologist has determined Allister is not mentally fit on numerous occasions however Moore has been granted bail on strict terms that he is not to approach women, not to own or operate a device which can access the internet and must not possess a camera.
